About the Role
We are hiring casual CDL A drivers in El Paso, TX, for consistent regional runs. This role is designed for drivers who value predictability and respect. You will enjoy a schedule that allows you to be home every three days, leaving on the same day every week. The position features dedicated regional runs with consistent freight and a high volume of drop-and-hook operations (65%+). There is no forced dispatch—ever.
Equipment & Environment
You will operate a well-maintained fleet of brand-new equipment, with new trucks arriving in May 2026. The work environment is supported by a dedicated operations team, and the orientation process is streamlined as an easy one-day paid session.
