Join our dedicated truck driving team to deliver 100% touch freight with a focus on reliability and consistency. This position offers a home-weekly schedule, allowing you to maintain a steady routine while earning an average of $1,450 per week. Drivers are supported by newer equipment averaging 18 months old and convenient home-base terminals designed to streamline your operations.
In addition to competitive trip pay calculated at $0.63 per cpm based on route and experience, this role includes a $2,000 sign-on bonus. The compensation package is further enhanced by unload, stop, and backhaul pay opportunities, along with paid vacation benefits available after one year of service.
To apply, candidates must possess a valid Class A CDL, be at least 21 years old, and have a minimum of three months of driving experience. The selection process includes a paid orientation upon completion and hiring. All applicants must successfully pass a DOT physical and drug test.
We maintain high safety standards; therefore, candidates are limited to no more than one preventable CMV accident in the last two years and no major preventable accidents in the last five years. Similarly, moving violations are capped at two in the last two years. Drivers with a DUI/DWI within the past five years (or 10 years if holding a CDL) or any drug-related convictions in the last five years (or 10 years if holding a CDL) are not eligible. Additionally, SAP drivers cannot be hired, and any positive or refused drug tests in the past 10 years with a CDL-A or CLP will disqualify an applicant.
