We are seeking dedicated CDL-A drivers to join our team on a dedicated route. This position offers the opportunity to drive newer equipment, averaging 18 months old, with convenient home-base terminals that allow for a home-weekly schedule. The role focuses on 100% touch freight, providing drivers with the chance to earn additional compensation through unload, stop, and backhaul pay.
Drivers in this role can expect an average weekly pay of $1,450, with a $2,000 sign-on bonus available upon meeting qualifications. Trip pay is calculated based on dispatched miles at a rate of $0.63 per mile, varying by route and experience. We provide comprehensive support, including 24/7 driver assistance, paid orientation, and a robust benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) match, and tuition reimbursement.
Interested candidates must possess a valid Class A CDL, be at least 21 years old, and have a minimum of three months of driving experience. The application process requires passing a DOT physical and drug test. Candidates must maintain a clean driving record, adhering to specific limits on preventable accidents, moving violations, and DUI/DWI offenses within the past 2 to 10 years. Drivers with a SAP (Substance Abuse Professional) history are not eligible for hire. Once hired, new drivers will complete a paid orientation program before beginning their routes.
