About the Role
We are seeking dedicated CDL-A drivers to join our team on a home-weekly schedule. This position offers 100% touch freight with opportunities for unload, stop, and backhaul pay, ensuring a consistent and engaging daily routine. Drivers operate newer equipment, averaging 18 months old, from convenient home-base terminals.
Compensation & Benefits
Drivers can expect an average weekly pay of $1,900+, with top earners averaging $2,200 per week. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is available for qualified candidates. The role includes paid vacation after one year of service, paid orientation upon completion and hiring, and a comprehensive benefits package. This includes health, dental, and vision insurance with prescription benefits for employees and dependents, a 401(k) match, and various insurance options such as life, accidental death, disability, and critical illness coverage. Additional perks include a stock purchase plan, an employee assistance program, tuition reimbursement, pet insurance, and 24/7 driver support.
Hiring Process

The hiring process includes a paid orientation, a DOT physical, and a drug test. Please note that SAP drivers are not eligible for hire.

- verifiedNo positive/refused tests in the past 10 years with CDL-A/CLP
- verifiedSAP drivers are not eligible for hire
