We are seeking dedicated CDL-A drivers to join our team on a home-weekly schedule. This position offers a stable route with 100% touch freight, ensuring you maintain control over your load from start to finish. Drivers can expect to earn an average of $1,900 per week, with top performers averaging $2,200. Compensation includes trip pay based on dispatched miles, ranging from $0.70 to $0.80 per mile depending on the route and experience level, along with additional pay for unloads, stops, and backhauls.
Our fleet consists of newer equipment averaging 18 months old, providing a comfortable and reliable driving experience. We support our drivers with convenient home-base terminals and 24/7 driver support. To help you get started, we offer paid orientation and a $2,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates. Additionally, we provide paid vacation after one year of service and a tuition reimbursement program to support your professional growth.
Interested candidates must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and be at least 21 years old with a minimum of three months of verifiable experience. The hiring process includes a DOT physical and drug test. Please note that drivers with SAP (Substance Abuse Professional) status are not eligible for hire.
