This position offers a dedicated truck driving opportunity with a focus on consistent home time and comprehensive support. Drivers can expect to average $1,450 per week, with a $2,000 sign-on bonus available for qualified candidates. The role features 100% touch freight, ensuring drivers are involved in the full logistics chain, along with additional compensation for unload, stop, and backhaul pay.
We provide newer equipment, with trucks averaging just 18 months old, to ensure reliability and safety on the road. Drivers are supported by convenient home-base terminals and a dedicated 24/7 driver support team. The position includes paid orientation upon completion and hiring, allowing new drivers to start their journey with full preparation.
Candidates must hold a valid Class A CDL, be at least 21 years old, and possess a minimum of three months of driving experience. We maintain high safety standards, requiring no more than one preventable on-road accident in the last two years and no major preventable accidents in the last five years. Drivers must also have no more than two moving violations in the last two years.
Safety compliance is strict: there can be no DUI/DWI offenses within the past five years (or ten years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL). All applicants must pass a DOT physical and drug test, with no drug-related convictions in the last five years (or ten years if holding a CDL) and no positive or refused tests in the past ten years. Please note that drivers currently in the SAP (Substance Abuse Professional) program are not eligible for hire.
