We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our fleet as either Solo OTR or Team Drivers. Solo drivers enjoy a consistent, planned schedule with 100% no-touch freight. The average solo driver covers 2,000+ miles per week, with the top 20% of our drivers earning over $1,500 weekly. We offer a $2,000 sign-on bonus and paid vacation to reward your dedication.
For those looking to maximize earnings, our Team Drivers split a starting pay of $0.72 - $0.80 CPM, averaging 5,000 miles per week with a $5,000 sign-on bonus (split). If you do not have a team partner, we can help you find the right match through our Team Match program, or you can bring a family member or friend on board. We also offer a sponsorship program for new teammates.
Our fleet features newer equipment averaging 18 months old, ensuring reliability on every run. Drivers benefit from convenient home-base terminals and 24/7 driver support. We also offer tuition reimbursement and pet insurance to support your life both on and off the road.
Interested candidates must possess a valid Class A License (CDL A) and be at least 21 years old with a minimum of 3 months of verifiable experience. The hiring process includes a DOT physical and drug test. Please note that SAP drivers are not eligible for hire, and bonus payouts are subject to specific qualifications.
