Solo OTR Drivers

Solo drivers enjoy a consistent, planned schedule with 100% no-touch freight. The average solo driver covers 2,000+ miles per week, with the top 20% of our drivers earning over $1,500 weekly. We offer a $2,000 sign-on bonus and performance bonuses to reward your dedication.

Team Drivers

For those looking to maximize earnings, our Team Drivers split a starting pay of $0.72 - $0.80 CPM, averaging 5,000 miles per week with a $5,000 sign-on bonus (split). If you do not have a team partner, we offer a Team Match program to help you find the right fit, or you can bring a family member or friend on board. We also offer a sponsorship program for new teammates.

Hiring Process
