About the Role
We are seeking Contract Drivers (1099, Solo) to operate Curtain Vans, Dry Vans, Flatbeds, and Refrigerated trailers on Over-The-Road (OTR) routes. This position involves Dedicated, Line Haul, and LTL freight with an average of 1,500 to 3,500 miles per week. The role is designed for drivers who prefer not to handle loading, unloading, or tarping duties.
Drivers can expect a gross weekly average pay between $1,500 and $3,000, with compensation structured as a percentage of the gross amount or CPM. We offer a $1,000 referral bonus and weekend work opportunities. Our team provides 24/7 professional dispatch and assistance, and we proudly communicate in Russian and Romanian.
Home Time
Our home time policy allows drivers to stay out for 5 to 21 days, with the flexibility to extend time on the road if desired. We offer a schedule where drivers receive 5 days of home time for every 5 days worked, ensuring you can be home every weekend.
Hiring Process
Candidates must hold a Class A license and possess at least 12 months of OTR experience. The orientation process is unpaid and does not cover accommodation, meals, or travel expenses; however, drivers are provided with their own room during orientation.
