About the Role
This position is for a Contract Driver (1099, Solo) operating Curtain Vans, Dry Vans, Flatbeds, or Refrigerated trailers on Over-The-Road (OTR) routes. The role involves Dedicated, Line Haul, and LTL freight. Drivers will not be required to load, unload, or tarp trailers.
Maridum offers 24/7 professional dispatch and assistance to support drivers on the road. We are a multilingual team and speak both Russian and Romanian.
Home Time
Drivers can expect to be out for 5 to 21 days at a time, though staying out longer is an option. The schedule is designed to provide home time every weekend, with a structure of 5 days of home time for every 5 days worked.
Hiring Process & Orientation
Candidates must hold a Class A license and have at least 12 months of OTR experience.
Orientation details are as follows: Orientation is not paid, and the company does not cover accommodation, meals, or travel expenses. However, drivers are provided with their own room during the orientation period.
