About the Role
As a driver with Tribeca, you will haul new vehicles and manage the logistics of moving them across the East Coast. This role exists to maintain our reputation for safety and efficiency while providing consistent work for our drivers. Depending on your assigned lane, you can expect consistent home time, with options for local or regional long-haul routes.
You will take pride in your truck, ensuring it is properly maintained and inspected daily. Your day involves adhering to loading and unloading best practices, inspecting every vehicle to avoid cargo damage, and communicating professionally with customers and the dispatch team. You will balance driver interests with customer commitments, understanding that safety and reliability are paramount.
We equip our drivers with late-model trucks featuring easy-to-use straps and hydraulics, with new trucks added annually. We are committed to recognizing tenure and rewarding performance through scheduled pay increases and generous bonus opportunities for damage-free driving.
