About the Role
As a Cath Lab Tech, you will be an essential member of a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced catheterization laboratory. Your primary mission is to assist physicians with diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures while ensuring the highest standards of patient safety. You will operate advanced imaging and hemodynamic monitoring equipment, utilizing meticulous sterile technique and radiation protection protocols. This role requires close collaboration with nurses, physicians, and support staff to coordinate timely care and document patient data accurately in EMR systems. Whether preparing patients for procedures, monitoring their status during critical moments, or troubleshooting equipment, your expertise directly supports positive clinical outcomes.
