About the Role

As a Cath Lab RN, you will be the cornerstone of our diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedure teams. This role exists to ensure safe, efficient workflows and optimal patient outcomes during complex cardiac catheterization procedures. You will assess, prepare, and monitor patients throughout their entire cath lab experience, managing moderate sedation and responding promptly to any changes in condition.

Your day will involve collaborating closely with cardiologists, technologists, and the broader care team to navigate the nuances of interventional cardiology. From preparing patients and equipment to managing vascular access and interpreting telemetry, you will play a critical role in the procedural success. Beyond the procedure room, you will educate patients and families on recovery expectations and discharge instructions, ensuring a seamless transition of care.
