As a Category Manager, you will serve as a highly motivated, analytically minded professional who provides strategic, consultative category guidance. This role exists to orchestrate action within Customer Facing teams by synthesizing multiple data sources into actionable recommendations. You will act as the expert on all things category, leveraging critical thinking to recognize and anticipate issues and opportunities.
In this position, you will develop and cultivate business relationships with the Commercialization team, establishing KDP as the indispensable partner for all category management needs. You will deliver fully integrated, consumer-driven category leadership based on marketplace insights and trends to guide strategic choices and tactical executions. Your day-to-day involves conducting robust analyses using research and data visualization to identify business opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop solutions, and elevating analyses beyond simple reporting to translate insights into retail action.
