This position is located at The Ritz-Carlton Maui Kapalua. As a member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in our food and beverage operations. Your day will involve completing closing duties, such as storing reusable goods, breaking down items, and ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and returned to its location. You will also set up and stock work areas, inspecting china, glass, and silver prior to use.
Throughout your shift, you will maintain the cleanliness of work areas by practicing "clean-as-you-go" procedures. You will welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, communicating with clear and professional language. Additionally, you will develop positive working relationships with your team, supporting colleagues to reach common goals and responding appropriately to concerns.
