About the Role

As a Starbucks partner, you will prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, maintain store operating policies, and handle cash with care. You will engage with customers to discover and respond to their needs through clear and pleasant communication, performing many different tasks within the store during each shift. No previous experience is required; we value your ability to learn quickly and work as part of a team.
