About the Role
Family Dollar is seeking dedicated Cashiers and Customer Service Associates to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional service to our customers while supporting daily store operations. You will play a vital part in creating a welcoming and organized shopping environment for our community.
What You Will Do
As a Cashier, you will assist customers by greeting them, answering product questions, and processing cash and card payments. You will also help maintain a clean and organized checkout area. When needed, you may assist with stocking shelves, unloading deliveries, and helping maintain overall store cleanliness. You are expected to follow company cash handling procedures and customer service policies.
