About the Role
This role offers a dynamic day-in-the-life where you will be instrumental in the physical transformation of our properties. You will perform comprehensive interior and exterior renovations, ensuring every space is ready for new residents. From framing and drywall to cabinetry and lighting, your work directly impacts the quality of life for our community members.
Beyond major renovations, you will be the first line of defense for property upkeep, preparing vacant apartments for move-ins and addressing maintenance issues ranging from plumbing leaks to flooring repairs. Success in this role requires clear communication with residents, employees, and contractors to ensure transparency and efficiency. You will also be on-call to respond to after-hours emergency maintenance calls, ensuring our properties remain safe and functional at all times.
