About the Opportunity

The Role
As a SONIC Drive-In Carhop, your primary mission is to provide every guest with a "SuperSONIC" experience. You will be the face of the brand, delivering a warm, friendly, and fast service to every customer. You will act as a menu genius, helping guests navigate all customizable combinations, and you will be empowered to resolve customer concerns to guarantee satisfaction.
Maintaining SONIC safety and sanitation standards is a core part of your daily responsibilities. Success in this role requires a contagious positive attitude, the ability to remain calm in tough situations, and a resilient spirit that embraces learning and growth. You will thrive as part of a team mentality, willing to help wherever needed, while utilizing effective communication skills alongside basic math and reading abilities.
