The Cargo Agent is the backbone of our logistics operations, responsible for the safe and efficient handling of import and export cargo. This role ensures compliance with airline, customs, and hazardous materials regulations while maintaining the high standards of customer service that define our brand. You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with a union-represented team to manage everything from documentation and aircraft servicing to the physical loading and unloading of freighter aircraft.
This is a frontline position located in Kauai. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. and possess a valid driver's license. The role requires flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
