About the Role
We are seeking compassionate Caregivers and Personal Care Aides to support clients in their homes. In this role, you will be the vital link between clinical care plans and daily life, assisting clients with essential activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility support. Beyond physical care, you will provide companionship and emotional support to reduce isolation and enhance the quality of life for those you serve.
You will work within a flexible schedule that allows you to balance your professional growth with your personal life. Your day will involve following individualized care plans, observing client conditions, and promptly reporting any changes to the care team. By collaborating with Interim HealthCare staff and families, you will help uphold a culture of respect and patient-centered care in the comfort of the client's home.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleProvide hands-on assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting while preserving client dignity
- check_circleAssist with safe transfers, mobility, and positioning using proper body mechanics and assistive devices
- check_circlePrepare simple, nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed following dietary guidelines
- check_circleOffer companionship, conversation, and emotional support to reduce isolation and enhance quality of life
- check_circleFollow individualized care plans, observe client condition, and promptly report changes to the clinical team
- check_circleSupport light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, bed-making, and tidying to maintain a safe home environment
- check_circleMonitor basic vital signs if directed and document care activities accurately and timely
- check_circleFollow infection control, safety, and emergency procedures in accordance with company and regulatory standards
- check_circleCollaborate with staff and families to uphold a culture of compassion, respect, and patient-centered care
- check_circleRemind clients to take medications as directed by the care plan without administering medication
Requirements
- verifiedCertified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred
- verifiedHome Health Aide (HHA) certification preferred
- verifiedCPR/BLS certification
- verifiedValid driver's license and reliable transportation
- verifiedBackground check and TB screening as required
