About the Role
As a Caregiver, you will provide essential personal care assistance and support to clients in their homes. This role is designed for individuals who are compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to improving the quality of life for those they serve. You will play a vital part in maintaining client independence and well-being through direct care and companionship.
What You Will Do
In this position, you will assist clients with daily activities including bathing, grooming, and dressing. You will also help with mobility and physical therapy exercises. Additionally, you will prepare meals, assist with feeding as necessary, and perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and laundry. You will be responsible for administering medications as prescribed and monitoring clients health conditions. Providing companionship and support for emotional well-being is also a key component of the role. You will maintain accurate records of services provided and report any changes in clients health or behavior to supervisors.
