About the Role
As a Caregiver, you will provide essential personal care assistance and support to clients in their homes. This role is designed for individuals who are compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to improving the quality of life for those they serve. You will play a vital part in maintaining client independence and well-being through direct care and companionship.
What You Will Do
In this position, you will assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.grooming, and dressing. You will also help with mobility and physical therapy exercises, therapy exercises, prepare meals, and assist with feeding as necessary. Light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and laundry, such as cleaning and laundry, are part of the role. Additionally, you will administer medications as prescribed, monitor clients' health conditions, and maintain accurate records of services provided. You will also report any changes in clients' health or behavior to supervisors.
