About the Role
As a caregiver in our West Houston team, you will be the vital link between our clients and their independence. This role exists to ensure that every client receives consistent, personalized attention that respects their dignity and routine. You will partner with families to manage daily tasks such as bathing, meal preparation, transportation to appointments, and light housekeeping, while also providing meaningful companionship through reading, music, and conversation.
Your day will be shaped by the unique needs of the clients you serve. Whether you are assisting with transfers, offering medication reminders, or simply sharing a laugh over a puzzle, your impact is felt immediately. We value the difference you make day in and day out, offering a flexible schedule that allows you to choose shifts that fit your availability. With clients located centrally in the Sugarland area, you can work close to home with no travel required beyond 30 miles, and we provide paid travel time between appointments.

We offer paid ongoing online training quarterly, along with in-person, on-the-job training for unique client situations, ensuring you have the resources to grow your skills and advance your career. Requirements
