You will partner with an individual to help maintain a daily routine and engage in meaningful activities. This role is about providing hands-on assistance with daily living activities while respecting the individual's independence. You will help develop a schedule that caters to their love of structure, engaging in fun and stimulating activities such as video games and swimming.
The position requires providing 24/7 support to ensure safety and well-being, while also honoring the individual's need for alone time. Effective communication is key, as the individual may not always express pain or discomfort verbally. You will offer guidance with bathroom routines and be available to answer questions or provide support at any time.
