Papa is a service dedicated to connecting caring individuals with older adults and families who need non-medical support for everyday tasks and companionship. Our mission is to improve lives through meaningful human connection, bridging the gap between generations.
As a Papa Pal, you are an independent contractor who chooses when and whether to accept visits. This role is designed for anyone seeking flexible, part-time engagement with full control over their schedule. Whether you are balancing another job, school, caregiving responsibilities, or personal commitments, this opportunity allows you to work on your own terms.\n No professional caregiving experience is required—just a genuine passion for helping others. Your day might include providing transportation to local destinations, offering non-medical companionship through conversation or walks, assisting with light in-home tasks like tidying or meal prep, or accompanying individuals on grocery runs and errands.
Joining our network offers more than just a paycheck; it offers purpose. You have the flexibility to select visits that fit your life and the opportunity to make a lasting difference in the lives of older adults and their families. By becoming a Papa Pal, you become part of a community of compassionate individuals creating meaningful connections in your area.
To join our network, candidates must be 21 years of age or older and possess a valid U.S. driver's license. All applicants must successfully complete a background check and provide legal authorization to work in the U.S. Additionally, you must have access to a reliable vehicle (model year 2009 or newer) with active auto insurance that meets platform requirements.
Note: Papa Pals are engaged as independent contractors, not employees of Papa, Inc.
Work model: On-site
