About the Role
This part-time position is dedicated to enhancing the SRIM experience through heartfelt care for our residents and their families. At the core of this role is the promotion of SRIM's fundamental value: the Golden Rule. Team members are expected to treat every resident, family member, visitor, and associate with the same kindness, respect, and dignity they would wish to receive themselves.
The day-to-day life of a team member involves attending to the daily living needs of residents, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), providing meal service, and maintaining light housekeeping and laundry duties, all while actively encouraging resident independence. Beyond physical care, the role requires interacting with residents at all levels of care with empathy, compassion, and respect. Team members serve as a vital link in the community, ensuring a dignified, safe, and orderly environment while responding promptly to requests from residents, families, and visitors.

Requirements
