As a Papa Pal Care Companion, you play a vital role in supporting members with their daily needs and enhancing their quality of life. This position is designed for individuals who enjoy helping others and are looking for flexible work opportunities. No prior healthcare experience is required, making this an accessible entry point into caregiving and community support.

Day in the Life

Your day as a Papa Pal might look different depending on the member's needs, but it always centers on connection and assistance. You might pick up groceries or medications, provide transportation to the doctor's office or bank, or assist with pet care tasks like walking or filling food bowls. Beyond errands, you may help members navigate technology, such as downloading apps, setting up video calls, or sending emails.

A significant part of the role involves companionship. You will engage in meaningful conversations, watch movies together, play board games, or go for walks. You may also assist with light household tasks, including laundry, light cleaning, meal preparation, and organization. The goal is to make life a little easier for members while building a genuine rapport.
