As a Papa Pal Care Companion, you playmate, you will provide companionship and assistance to seniors in their homes. This role is designed for individuals who enjoy connecting with others and making a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults. Whether you have prior healthcare experience or not, you can thrive in this position by bringing warmth, reliability, and a willingness to help.
Day in the Life
Your day might involve picking up groceries or medications, giving members a lift to the doctor's office or from appointments, or assisting with light household tasks such as laundry, meal preparation, and organization. You may also help members stay connected by teaching them how to use video calls or email, or simply engage in conversation, watch movies, play games, or go for a walk together. Your primary goal is to enhance the quality of life for your member by providing support and companionship that makes their daily routine easier and more enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
