As a Papa Pal Care Companion, you playmate, you will provide companionship and assistance to members in their homes. This role is designed for individuals who enjoy connecting with others and making a meaningful difference in someone's day. No prior healthcare experience is required, required, making this an accessible opportunity for those looking to earn extra money while helping their community.
Day in the Life
Your day might look different depending on the member's needs, but it always centers on connection and support. You might pick up groceries or medications, give a member a lift to the doctor's office or bank, or assist with walking a member's pet. You may help members navigate technology, such as downloading apps, using video calls, or sending emails. Additionally, you could assist with light household tasks like laundry, cleaning, meal prep, or organization. Beyond tasks, a significant part of the role is engaging in great conversations, watching movies, playing board games, or going for a walk together.
