About the Role
As a Papa Pal Care Companion, you playmate, you will provide companionship and assistance to members in their homes. This role is designed for individuals who enjoy connecting with others and making a positive impact on their daily lives. No prior healthcare experience is required, required, making this an accessible opportunity for those looking to enter the caregiving field or simply earn extra income through flexible work.
What You Will Do
Your primary focus will be enhancing the quality of life for members through practical support and engaging companionship. You will assist members with daily tasks such as picking up groceries or medications, providing transportation to appointments like the doctor's office or bank, and helping with light household chores including laundry, meal preparation, and light cleaning.
Beyond practical assistance, you will serve as a friendly companion. This includes engaging in meaningful conversations, watching movies, playing board games, or going for walks. You may also help members with technology, such as downloading apps, setting up video calls, or sending emails. Additionally, you might assist members with their pets by walking them or filling food and water bowls.
