About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support multiple car wash locations throughout East Tennessee. This role is critical to keeping our equipment running safely and efficiently, ensuring our sites operate without downtime.
If you are mechanically inclined, enjoy troubleshooting real-world equipment problems, and prefer working independently in the field, this position is a strong fit. You will be responsible for diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and completing preventative maintenance on a wide range of car wash systems, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and water treatment equipment.
This is a dynamic field-based role where no two days are exactly the same. You will move between locations handling both scheduled maintenance and unexpected repairs. We value technicians who take ownership of their work, communicate clearly with site managers, and understand the impact equipment downtime has on daily operations and the customer experience.
