About the Role
The CAD / PLM Administrator I serves as the technical foundation of the Engineering Systems team within the Design Engineering Division. This entry-to-mid-level role is dedicated to supporting SolidWorks Design, SolidWorks PDM Professional, and SolidWorks Manage environments. You will act as the frontline service desk support, bridging the gap between complex database development and end-user needs.
In this position, you will not only administer system configurations and manage user permissions but also drive continuous improvement through SQL development, work instruction creation, and user training. You are expected to be a contributor to company standards regarding high integrity, safety, and a positive work environment, while actively supporting the team's commitment to Safety, 6S, Quality, Delivery, and Productivity.
