About the Role

As a Busser, you will be a vital part of our team, responsible for anticipating guest needs and exceeding service expectations while helping to create a fun and exciting atmosphere. This part-time role involves assisting guests in various capacities and adhering to our high standards of guest satisfaction.

You will be the face of our venue, responding to guests in a friendly, positive manner with a sense of urgency. Your day will involve maintaining an organized work area, proactively cleaning and resetting tables, and ensuring the facility remains safe and compliant with health regulations. You will also observe and monitor guests for safety, assist with guest recovery when needed, and communicate enthusiastically with both guests and fellow co-workers.

Whether you are performing opening, running, or closing duties, or simply ensuring the venue is ready for the next wave of excitement, your contribution is essential to our shared success. Experience with family entertainment centers is a plus, but not necessary—we are eager to teach you the ropes.
