About the Role

The Analyst, Business Systems operates at the critical intersection of business process, requirements, data, system alignment, and stakeholder communication. In this role, you will perform business analysis, process analysis, and systems analysis to drive business improvement, technology enablement, reporting, and implementation initiatives. You will work directly with business users, subject matter experts, technology partners, and product teams to understand complex business problems, scope, goals, and desired outcomes. Your day-to-day will involve supporting discovery activities, mapping current and future-state processes, and translating business needs into actionable technical specifications. Additionally, you will contribute to solution delivery through documentation, testing support, and training, ensuring business readiness and successful post-implementation validation.
