About the Role

The Business Service Officer (BSO) is responsible for shaping the future of service by modernizing the client experience through an elevated standard of care. Reporting directly to the Market Business Service Officer (MBSO), this role serves as a critical leader within the branch, overseeing the supervision and management of Support Professionals.

In this position, you will execute all business and service functions within the assigned branches. Your day-to-day involves facilitating communication and training for Service Professionals, partnering with Market Sales and Risk teams to ensure comprehensive business execution, and supporting the MBSO in delivering on key service initiatives. You will lead the branch in executing strategic priorities by influencing and coaching behavioral change, ensuring consistency, quality, and compliance with firm policies. Additionally, you will manage travel and entertainment expenses, resolve client inquiries, and identify process improvements to maximize team productivity and drive efficiencies.
