About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Business Engagement Specialist (BISO) to join our growing Information Security organization. This role is designed to shape how security enables product innovation, customer trust, and business growth. You will serve as a trusted advisor to business and product leaders, embedding security into the business lifecycle to ensure security-by-design principles are applied across new feature development and product launches.

You do not need to come from a traditional security background. We welcome candidates who have built careers in product, strategy, operations, customer-facing roles, risk, commercial leadership, technology, or security. What matters most is your strength in relationship-building and communication, and your ability to help teams make thoughtful, well-balanced decisions. By bringing security considerations into early planning and using pragmatic, business-aligned risk evaluation, you will help leaders make confident, informed decisions that support innovation while managing risk responsibly.
