As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting both new and existing customers. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused position where your ability to build relationships, think strategically, and deliver results makes a direct impact on our bottom line. You will partner closely with Account Managers to win profitable business, delivering expert product guidance and driving both transactional and solution-based sales.
In this role, you will manage multiple lead channels, including hunt lines, loaded leads, web leads, and chat. Your day will involve educating customers on Quill’s specialized product offerings, pricing, and category-specific solutions. You will be responsible for maintaining a strong and accurate opportunity pipeline using our CRM tools, with the goal of increasing share of wallet by consolidating customer spend and positioning Quill as a trusted advisor. Ultimately, you will grow average order value and deliver an exceptional end-to-end customer experience.
