About the Role

As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting new and existing customers by delivering expert product guidance and driving both transactional and solution-based sales. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused position where your ability to build relationships, think strategically, and deliver results makes a direct impact on the business.

You will partner closely with Account Managers and Key Account Managers to win profitable business, managing multiple lead channels including hunt lines, loaded leads, web leads, and chat. Your day will involve educating customers on Quill's specialized product offerings, pricing, and category-specific solutions while maintaining a strong opportunity pipeline. By consolidating customer spend and positioning Quill as a trusted advisor, you will help grow average order value and deliver an exceptional end-to-end customer experience.
