About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Sales Manager who thrives on closing deals, building powerful partnerships, and driving serious growth across the Hawaiian Islands. This role is for a high-energy, results-driven professional who loves the thrill of landing new business and enjoys networking to build meaningful connections.
You will serve as a key driver of our strategic expansion, identifying new opportunities through prospecting, referrals, and industry events. Your day will involve building and managing a robust sales pipeline from first contact to signed contract, delivering dynamic presentations, and developing customized proposals. Beyond closing deals, you will connect with Property Managers, Asset Managers, and key decision-makers to strengthen long-term partnerships and ensure a smooth transition from sale to service delivery.
