About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to drive new business growth and build lasting client relationships. This field-focused, commission-driven role serves as the vital bridge between our clients and our internal claims team. You will act as a consultant, generating leads in residential and commercial property claims markets and meeting clients on-site to assess damage and explain our services. Success in this position requires developing and maintaining robust referral networks with contractors, brokers, and restoration professionals while collaborating closely with adjusters to ensure seamless client experiences.
