As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you are the fuel that powers TLS's growth. You serve as the first impression, the voice, and the heartbeat of our business development team. Your primary focus is connecting with mortgage loan officers across the country to build real, lasting relationships.
In this role, you will be the laser pointed at our new targets. You will activate new loan officers, support active partners with product and guideline questions, and partner with Account Executives to grow production. Every interaction is an opportunity to build a new relationship or expand an existing one to new heights. We expect you to deliver a 5-star experience to every partner you engage with, ensuring they keep coming back month after month.
