About the Role
MetaOps Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager with strong connections in the pharma/chemical industry to join our team in a remote role that requires travel. This position is critical to our organization's intensifying U.S. direct sales expansion, which aims to double current U.S. revenues within the next 2–3 years.
The ideal candidate will drive growth in the U.S. IVD (In Vitro Diagnostics) market, identifying and onboarding new customers while collaborating with internal teams to tailor offerings for the U.S. market. Success in this role requires a hunter mindset, a deep understanding of U.S. business practices, and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles in the life sciences and diagnostics sectors.

Requirements
- verifiedBachelor’s/Master’s in Microbiology, Biotechnology, or Biomedicine; MBA desired
- verified5–10 years of relevant B2B sales or business development experience in IVD reagents, diagnostic raw materials, or biomedical products
- verifiedProven success in U.S. life sciences or diagnostics business development
- verifiedEstablished network with key target customers in the diagnostics and biomedical sectors
- verifiedU.S. B2B IVD (In Vitro Diagnostics) experience
