About the Role

In this role, you will develop the On-Premise business within the Manhattan & South Bronx territory. Your mission is to drive growth by prospecting and establishing new outlet acquisitions. You will be responsible for acquiring new accounts, setting them up, and ensuring a seamless transition of these outlets into existing routing and replenishment structures. This position may occasionally cross multiple facility boundaries, requiring adaptability and a broad understanding of our logistics network.

  • check_circleUtilize prospecting tools to generate leads and secure new accounts
  • check_circleProactively arrange territory time to achieve optimum face-to-face selling opportunities
  • check_circleCollaboratively sell to overcome customer objections and propose appropriate brands
  • check_circleFocus on market unit activation initiatives to drive business growth
  • check_circleManage seamless transition of new outlets to existing routing and replenishment structures
  • check_circleTrack daily, weekly, and monthly call activity against assigned performance goals
  • check_circleDetermine appropriate sale coverage and replenishment methods for account management
  • check_circleEvaluate outlet opportunities and qualify new placements to ensure quality
  • check_circleCoordinate account setup, equipment delivery, and product delivery to ensure satisfaction

Requirements

  • verifiedHigh School Diploma or GED required

  • verified2+ years experience in consumer products and/or direct store delivery sales
