As an Inside Sales Specialist at Quill, you will play a critical role in supporting new and existing customers by delivering expert product guidance and driving both transactional and solution-based sales. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused position where your ability to build relationships, think strategically, and deliver results makes a direct impact on the business.
You will partner closely with Account Managers and Key Account Managers to win profitable business and support one-time and recurring projects for key accounts. Your day-to-day involves managing multiple lead channels, including hunt lines, loaded leads, web leads, and chat. You will act as a trusted advisor, educating customers on Quill's specialized product offerings, pricing, and category-specific solutions to increase their share of wallet and grow average order value. Success in this role requires a highly driven, competitive mindset and the resilience to handle objections while maintaining a customer-first approach.
