About the Role
We are seeking a Business Data Analyst to join our team in Charlotte, NC, for a 12+ month contract. This role is pivotal in automating regulatory reporting processes and strengthening our data architecture. You will serve as a bridge between subject matter experts and technical teams, translating complex risk discussions into concrete, scalable solutions.
While direct banking experience in Market Risk or Counterparty Risk is preferred, exceptional technical expertise in SQL, Java, and data pipeline development is the primary driver for success in this position. You will operate within an Agile environment, utilizing Jira to manage requirements and collaborating closely with risk, data, and technology stakeholders to drive process automation and efficiency.

Requirements
