About the Role
As a Business Analyst II, you will serve as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams for a premier client in Cincinnati, Ohio. This onsite role is designed for a professional who thrives in highly regulated environments, such as the financial or banking industry. You will be responsible for planning, designing, and executing complex projects and testing programs, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
In this position, you will work independently to gather requirements from line-of-business partners, breaking them down into functional designs that guide technical implementation. Your day-to-day involves creating and executing SQL scripts for ETL and data testing, facilitating meetings, and developing clear test acceptance criteria. You will also contribute to research and development regarding current trends in data engineering, architecture, and security, while providing support, troubleshooting, and mentoring for team members.
