The Business Analyst in Information Systems & Infrastructure Operations plays a critical role in enabling the successful execution of internal business initiatives and PMO-led work. You will partner closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements that drive predictable delivery. Operating within the PMO and Operations model, you will support the intake, discovery, prioritization, and lifecycle coordination of internal business initiatives, ensuring alignment to business value and organizational priorities.
In this role, you will lead discovery sessions to understand business problems and current workflows, translating them into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria ready for engineering handoff. You will act as a trusted partner to business stakeholders, facilitating effective communication between business teams and Corporate Systems Engineering while ensuring stakeholders understand scope, trade-offs, and expected outcomes. Your work will directly impact the reduction of delivery rework and the improvement of predictability across Corporate Systems initiatives.

Experience supporting Corporate Systems, Salesforce, or enterprise platform implementations. Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery models. Experience supporting intake processes, backlog grooming, and prioritization frameworks. Exposure to data analysis or reporting tools for validation and insight generation. Healthcare or regulated-industry experience. Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
