We are seeking a Business Analyst to serve as an individual contributor within the clinical domain, playing a pivotal role in one of our most important customer engagements. In this position, you will partner closely with Business Process Owners and Project Managers to define, document, and deliver complex business and system requirements for the RBQM (Risk-Based Quality Management) data pipeline.
Your day-to-day will involve leading requirements refinement, including current and future state analysis, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment. You will own the planning and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and collaborate with the Validation team to ensure requirements are testable and releases are ready. This role is critical for enabling the customer to independently handle all Business Analysis experiences, requiring you to navigate Tier 1, 2, and 3 support models while quickly adapting to new systems.
You will operate within a fast-paced environment where managing multiple priorities and working independently are essential. The role demands strong interpersonal skills to build productive relationships with internal teams, development, QA/UAT, and customer stakeholders. You will be expected to provide constructive feedback during code reviews and maintain an open, proactive approach to troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently.
Candidates will be evaluated on their ability to translate business needs into actionable BRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria. The selection process focuses on verifying experience in clinical operations, GxP/regulatory environments, and the ability to work effectively within Agile/Scrum frameworks using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
