About the Role
As a BUILT Designer, you will join our team to create experiences by design. In this role, you are responsible for the comprehensive design, documentation, and coordination of DIRTT and other modular construction solutions. You will ensure that all project deliverables meet our organizational standards for quality, accuracy, and client satisfaction, bridging the gap between design intent and installation feasibility.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleDevelop and document DIRTT and modular construction solutions using ICE, AutoCAD, and Revit
- check_circlePrepare design coordination packages, submittals, and shop drawings
- check_circleGenerate production files, pricing support materials, and specification documentation
- check_circleManage finishes, materials, and custom design elements
- check_circleCoordinate design requirements with architects, designers, engineers, and contractors
- check_circleParticipate in project meetings to review design progress and resolve issues
- check_circleEnsure design intent aligns with installation feasibility and project logistics
- check_circleEvaluate site conditions to support installation estimating and planning
- check_circleConduct quality reviews and resolve design-related issues prior to order entry
- check_circleMaintain project documentation including revisions, RFIs, and punch-list items
- check_circleSupport project close-out with final adjustments and documentation
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree or diploma in interior design, architecture, or related field
- verifiedMinimum two years of experience in interior design or architectural setting
- verifiedProficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, 3D visualization tools, and DIRTT ICE software
- verifiedKnowledge of interior construction systems including lighting, electrical, HVAC, and architectural components

Proficiency with DIRTT ICE software.
